Alcohol and Drug Screening:
Purpose: To establish guidelines for conducting tests to detect possible abuse of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, or controlled substances by E.S. Dockery, Inc. employees. This policy complies with the Worker's Compensation Reform Act of 1996 to inform employees of the regulations.
Policy: It is the policy of E.S. Dockery, Inc. to provide a safe work environment for our employees. Intoxicated or chemically impaired employees are a serious problem in any work environment, not only the individual's own safety may be at risk, but also the safety and well being of co-workers.
OSHA Policy: E.S. Dockery, Inc., requires that all installers attend a 10-hour OSHA training class and any additional continuing education that becomes available.
